story of the previous birth of Radhaji's parents

Story of the previous birth of Radhaji's parents

On being asked by Bahulashva, Narad narrated the story of the previous birth of Radhaji's parents Vrishabhanu and Kirtiji. He told that in the mythological period there was a king Nriga.

A son named Suchandra was born to them. He was considered a part of the real God. On the other hand, 3 girls were born from the resolution of the Adi Pitras.

The names of these three were Kalavati, Ratnamala, and Maneka. Kalavati was married to Suchandra. The ancestors donated these girls according to their interests through Brahma Vidhi.

Suchandra took his wife Kalavati to a forest situated on the banks of river Gomti. He went there and did penance to Lord Brahma.

Pleased, Brahma appeared and gave a boon - You people go to heaven with me and enjoy all the pleasures there. After that, at the end of Dwapar, you will be born on earth, and from both of you will be born the beloved of Lord Krishna.

There was a king named Bhalandan in Kannauj. Kalavati originated from Yagyakund in his place. Kalavati had complete knowledge of her previous birth. At the same time, Suchandra was born in Surbhanu's house and his name was Vrishabhanu.

He too had the complete recollection of his previous birth. At the same time, Nandji added the relationship of both. At the same time, due to the knowledge of previous birth, both of them also wanted this, and then in this way, Radhaji was born.

Krishna putana story in english

 Krishna Putna story

Krishna putana story tells you that how Kansa try to kill Lord Krishna in childhood. Read Krishna putana story and know-how Krishna kill putana

After the consecration of Kansa in Mathura city, Kansa spread his terror in his kingdom Mathura. In which he killed many newborn children by snatching them from their mothers.

Slowly time passed and one day when Nandarai Ji reached Mathura city. He told Maharaj Kansa that a son has taken birth in our house.

For this Maharaj, Kansa congratulated him because Nandarai Ji was the overlord of Gokul. Because of this, Maharaj Kansa used to have great respect for Nand Rai Ji.

And Kansa asked him when the son was born in your house and Nand Rai Ji explains! That the son was received in our house on the day of Ashtami!

Hearing this, Kansa leaves the palace and goes to his bedroom, and consults his special clever minister Charuda! That the girl who was born from the eighth womb of Devaki was on the same day of Ashtami and Kansa comes to know that!

Someone had cheated him and changed the child born from the eighth womb of Devaki by deceit. Therefore Kansa called the demonic Putana to kill the son of Nanda Rai.

The demonic Putana's body was much bigger than the rest, she goes from Mathura to Gokul, and takes the form of a beautiful Brahmini.

Putna takes the form of a Brahmin and reaches Nandarai's house and tells him that! I am from Mathura and my husband is a Siddha Brahmin. Those who saw from their divine vision that a divine child had taken birth in Nandarai's house.

Goddess tells Yashoda that I have come to see your son! Putna entraps them in the web of her illusion and takes Lord Krishna with her.

She tells them that I have got a siddhi! my breast. The nectar juice keeps rooting continuously if I give the nectar of my breast to your Lalla! Then your Lalla will be immortal! Putting yourself in these sweet things, I am pissed off. The poisonous milk is given to Lord Krishna.

But Lord Shri Krishna himself was a very miraculous child. As soon as the demonic Pootna feeds her milk, the opposite effect happens to the demonic Putna.

Due to which the whole body starts burning and she assumes the same formidable form. The demonic Putna flies in the sky with Lord Krishna! Despite making many possible efforts, she could not get rid of Shri Krishna.

All the wish falls on Putna, due to which she falls in a nearby forest. Due to the poison, the demonic Putna dies there.

Seeing all this, Nandarai Ji and Yashoda get scared and follow him into the forest. So let's see that Putna is lying dead on the ground and Lord Krishna is playing on her formidable body. Thus Lord Krishna killed the demonic Putana.

Seeing this miracle, the residents of Gokul address Yashoda's Lalla as a miraculous child. It is said that Shri Krishna is our savior who will free us from the atrocities of Kansa.

Who was putna in previous birth?

Who was putana in previous birth?

Garga Samhita and Brahma Vaivarta Purana also discuss the pre-birth of Putana as Ratnamala, the daughter of the demon king Bali.

His name was Charumati. Charumati was married to a classmate. Once, a classmate had to travel abroad to do some work.

Charumati was then reunited with Shudra. By the time Charumati's husband returned home, Charumati had changed from her husband, and she began to misbehave with her husband.

Because of his wife's condition, Kakshivan began to live a miserable life. Kakshivan then tried to find out the whole situation with his Tapobal.

When he learned the truth, Kachin got very angry. He cursed his Charumati and said he had a demon and said - O Kulakshini! He cheated on me and fell in love with Shudra.

As a result, you have lost your moral sense. That is why I curse you that from now on you will enter the devil's demons and find freedom in this sinner.

There God himself will give you salvation. Charumati then found a demon and after killing the children began eating their blood.

Krishna Janmashtami : The born story of Lord Krishna

The Born Story of Lord Krishna

Krishna Janmashtami : The born story of lord Krishna

This comes from Dwapara Yuga where the burden of injustice increased in the world. Demons have caused much damage to the earth.

She was so upset that Mother Earth took the form of a cow and went to the god and said to them, "O God, protect me, the fear of these demons is increasing on me, get rid of it." The gods had no solution in this matter of Mother Earth. At this, he decided to go to Brahma Ji, and all the gods, including the mother of the earth, went to Brahma Ji.

King Ugrasena was ruled here in Mathur. He was a kind king, but his son Kansa was cruel and selfish. He(Kansa) loved the throne so much. One day, King Ugrasena was deposed by his power and imprisoned and became king, but Kansa loved his sister Devaki very much.

Devaki married Vasudeva

One day Devaki married Vasudeva, the son of King Shurasen. After the wedding, when Kansa started sending Devaki away, then it was Oracle that Devaki's eighth child was going to kill him. Hearing of this, the ground slipped under Kansa's feet and imprisoned Devaki and Vasudeva in prison.

Decided to kill all of Devaki's children

After this, he began to wonder which of Devaki's eight children would be the number one son who would kill me? Because of this confusion, he decided to kill all of Devaki's children. Each killed Devaki's six children by slapping them on the rock.

According to King Vishnu's plan, Sheshnag was to be born as Devaki's seventh child. When Devaki became pregnant with her seventh child, Gods and Goddesses aborted her. Also, the baby was born in the womb of Rohini, Vasudev's first wife. The child later became known as Balarama, the older brother of Shri Krishna.

After this, in Ashtami of Krishna Paksha of Bhadra pada, the eighth child of Devaki was born in Rohini Nakshatra. As soon as he was born, all the soldiers slept alone. Devaki and Vasudev's handcuffs were opened as well as the prison doors.

open on its own. They both did not understand anything and then Akashvani left the son and Nand Baba in Gokul.

How many years ago was Shri Krishna born?

As the earth is rotating, so will all our ages repeat. Life will never end. So after the end of Kali Yuga, Satya Yuga will start again. Then Lord Vishnu will again take birth on earth in a new incarnation like the incarnation of Krishna in Dwapara Yuga.

In short: Shri Krishna was born about 5,000 years ago.

Radha Krishna love story

Radha Krishna love story

The love story of RadhaKrishna is seen all over the world from their own point of view, some describe them as a loving couple and some childhood love.

But the reality is just the opposite, because of their intelligence and limited conscience (A person who shows clear but minimal or inconsistent awareness), people have understood and explained the love story of RadhaKrishna to something else.

Radha krishna love story
Radha Krishna love story

Thus, where there is love, there is no logic, that is why Krishna lovers never get involved in these controversies, but the unveiling (to show something new to the public for the first time) of truth is also necessary.

Radha-Krishna's love was not that physical love upon which the thinking of worldly beings stops.

Radheya's love for the world was that nectar of knowledge which cannot be bound by any ideology(
a set of ideas), where there is Krishna there is no work, there is no materiality, there is supernaturality.

Radhakrishna Childhood Story: -

When Krishna met Radha he was only six years old, and when he went to Mathura he was fifteen.

Radha Rani was also the dearest companion of Krishna in that childhood and also the beloved, she was older than Krishna and was Krishna's guru.

In fact, like Krishna, Radha was also divine, she gave Jagadguru the initiation of love and affection which is memorable for the world.

Radhakrishna grew up in a cowherd family, and the cowherd used to control the cows by playing the flute while grazing the child cows.

But Krishna's flute art was extraordinary, the sound of his flute was captivating, so much so that he himself would get so lost in his flute that he could not even remember himself, Radha Ji would have been very angry at this.

Radha Krishna love story
Radha Krishna love story

Because at this time he used to ignore the words of Radha Ji.
Radha Rani called the flute bad many times but neither broke nor threw Krishna's flute.
Because his love was far above the compulsions to gain or lose Krishna.

Radha means success. The fifth mantra of the first chapter of Yajurveda prays for success in accepting the truth from God and being determined to renounce untruth.

When Krishna went to Mathura: -

Krishna went to Mathura at the end of his childhood, after which he went to Gurukul and then to Dwarka.

Radha Krishna love story
Radha Ji stop Shree Krishna

But perhaps a lot of people must have understood that after Radha, Krishna was not infatuated with anyone, the image of Krishna's love-leader never appeared again, he became a disciple, became a warrior, became a guru, became a friend, became a yogi. , but never became lovers again.

Once Krishna's friend Uddhav Ji, who was engaged in telling the importance of knowledge and yoga, then, Krishna wrote a letter to him, on which Krishna wrote that:-"I will not come back now you all forget me and meditate in yoga" and said that by taking it to the people of Braj and making them familiar with the importance of yoga.

Radha Krishna love story
Udhav Ji  and Shree Krishna ji

Parabrahma's writing for Uddhav Ji was similar to the Vedas, he took care of it, went to Braj, and showed it to Radha Ji, distraught in Krishna's separation, Radha Rani gave it to the gopis without reading it and the gopis broke it into many pieces without reading it. divided among themselves.

Uddhav Ji was shocked, started shouting, oh fools, on this Jagadguru, has written the knowledge of yoga, are you not in Krishna's separation, who did not even read his writings.

Then Radha Ji explained to Uddhav: -

"Udhau, you became a fool, came running with a penny. Where should we keep the yoga? Here is Rome Rome Shyam"

That is, O Udhau Krishna has not gone from here at all?

Krishna will be Yogeshwar for the world here, even now he is playing the flute on every ghat tree covered in dust.

Tell me where is the separation?

This knowledge is a guide for today's age when we seek Krishna in pomp.
Why the physical meeting of Radha Krishna could not happen?

While going to Mathura, Radha Rani had stopped Krishna's path, but Krishna had explained to him that if I became tied to you, then the purpose of my birth would go in vain, the kingdom of sin and unrighteousness would continue to spread in the world.

I cannot kill as a lover, I cannot create war by living in Braj, I cannot hold a chakra while playing the flute.

And it is also true that after separation from Radha, Krishna never touched the flute.
Krishna had asked Radha to accompany him on his way to Mathura, but Radha was also Krishna's guru, she could understand that I would not stop the cycle of time by tying him to the one who has to teach the world the path of liberation from attachment.

And he took a promise from Krishna that he would return when he had fulfilled all the purposes of his birth-incarnation, and it happened that even after Krishna fulfilling all the purposes of his birth, and free from the duty of his incarnation, always belong to Radha.

They are no longer found in Dwarka, nor in Kurukshetra, they still run on the land of Braj with Radha Rani blowing dust far and wide.
Some bitter relations of Radha with Krishna, which even Lord Krishna did not have the answer to.

Dwarkadhish Krishna and Radha were walking in heaven from Lord Krishna when suddenly both of them came in front of each other.

Before Krishna could say anything, Radha spoke so much.
How are you Dwarkadhish? The address of Dwarkadhish from the mouth of Radha, who used to call him Kanha Kanha, injured Krishna to the core.

Still, Krishna while taking care of himself said to Radha, "I am the same Kanha for you even today."

Radha said, nothing like this ever happened to me, neither did I remember you nor shed tears because we had never forgotten where you were, which you would have remembered.

Radha said, nothing like this ever happened to me, neither did I remember you nor shed tears because we had never forgotten where you were, which you would have remembered.

Radha said, nothing like this ever happened to me, neither did you remember nor shed tears because we have ever forgotten you, where were you remembering
If you can hear some bitter truths and questions, will you tell me?

Have you ever wondered how far you have fallen behind in this progress?
Started life from the freshwater of Yamuna and reached the salt water of the sea?

Relying on the Sudarshan Chakra that plays on one finger and forgetting the flute that plays on ten fingers?

Kanha, when you were associated with love, the finger which used to lift the Govardhan mountain and save people from destruction? What color did the same finger show when it was separated from love?

By lifting the Sudarshan Chakra, it started working for destruction, tell me what is the difference between Kanha and Dwarkadhish?

If you were Kanha, you would have gone to Sudama's house, Sudama would not come to your house.

Conclusion: -

Is this the difference between war and love? In war, you win by erasing, and in love, you win by erasing. Kanha A man immersed in love may remain unhappy but does not hurt anyone.

Who killed Shumbha and Nishumbha?

 Who killed Shumbha and Nishumbha?

Another glorious great victory of Goddess Durga is described in Devi Mahatmyam. Legend has it that Maharishi Kashyap and Danu's son, Namuchi were killed at the hands of Indra.

When Namuchi's brothers, Shumbha and Nishumbha, came to know about this sad news, they became very angry.

They snatched Indrasan and started ruling there. His tyranny on earth and heaven caused a rage. The gods worshiped Goddess Durga and requested her for help. Mother promised to protect them.

Then a kumari appeared from the body of Gauri, who was called 'Kaushiki' due to her coming out of the body cell and 'Matangi' as a result of appearing from the body of the goddess. Assuring help to the gods and human beings, the goddess sat on the top of the Himalayas riding on a lion.

It is further mentioned in Durga Saptashati that when the messengers of Shumbha and Nishumbha saw Goddess Durga there, they could not remain astonished.

He ran to his kings Shumbha and Nishumbha and said, "O Maharaja! You are the king of the three worlds, you have everything, even Indra's Airavat elephant. The only lack is a divine woman.

We have seen a very attractive beauty, who is all-beautiful in the three worlds." Hearing this, Shumbha and Nishumbha sent their messengers to say that the kings of the three worlds Shumbha and Nishumbha want to make you their queen.

Mother replied that I have taken a vow that I will marry the person who will defeat me in battle.

Shumbha and Nishumbha got angry after hearing Kaushiki's words, they sent two demons named Chand and Munda and asked them to hold her hair and present her in front of us.

As soon as both the asuras approached the goddess, the goddess took the form of Mahakalika and killed Chand and Munda. Mother's name was 'Chamunda' because of killing both the demons. After this Shumbh-Nishumbha himself came to the battlefield.

Then Brahmi appeared from the effulgence of Brahma, Vaishnavi from Vishnu, Maheshwari from Mahesh, and Chandika from Ambika. Innumerable goddesses arrived on the battlefield from all sides. The demon army started running away.

Devi challenged Shumbha and Nishumbha. He rained arrows on Nishumbha and the Goddess killed him by piercing all the weapons coming from Nishumbha.

Seeing the condition of his brother, as soon as Shumbha went to fight with Goddess Chandika, Goddess Chandika killed him with a trident and liberated the three worlds from the atrocities of both the Asuras.

who killed jatayu in ramayana

 Who killed jatayu in Ramayana?

When Ravana was kidnapping Sita Mata, Jatayu fought Ravana with great valor. It would not be wrong to say that Jatayu is the first soldier to be martyred in the work of Lord Rama.

Jatayu's sacrifice did not go in vain. On the one hand, where Jatayu met Rama in Panchavati, he died in Dandakaranya. There is a temple of Giddharaj Jatayu in Dandakaranya of Chhattisgarh. This is the only temple in the world.

It is believed that Arun is the charioteer of Surya and his sons are Sampati and Jatayu. As a child, Jatayu and Sampati flew to touch the Sun. Jatayu stopped in the middle but Sampati reached very close to the Sun. Because of which his wings got burnt.

Because of which he fainted and fell on the beach. In such a situation, a sage named Moon blessed him that when the apes come here in search of Sita, then you will get your wings again by seeing her.

In the same way, Jatayu was a friend of Dasaratha, the father of Rama. That's why he respected her a lot. After the death of Jatayu, Rama performed his last rites with great rituals. Today there is a temple of Jatayu.

who killed abhimanyu

 who killed Abhimanyu?

The war of Mahabharata was fought on the land of Kurukshetra. Mahabharata also teaches us many qualities related to life management.

In the Dwapara Yuga i.e. Mahabharata period, there was more than one warrior, in which Abhimanyu is prominent.

Abhimanyu fighting with kaurav

There are many interesting stories associated with Abhimanyu, according to one, Abhimanyu learned the art of piercing the Chakravyuh from Arjuna when he was in his mother's womb.

It is said that only Arjuna knew the art of penetrating the Chakravyuh and when he was sharing this art with his wife Satyabhama, Abhimanyu was in the womb and thus he learned the technique of penetrating the Chakravyuh. It is said that Shri Krishna was behind this entire Leela.

Actually, Arjun's son Abhimanyu had entered it alone to penetrate the Chakravyuh. Abhimanyu was mighty and knowledgeable as well as he knew the art of penetrating the Chakravyuh, but it is said that he did not know how the last gate of the Chakravyuh would be broken.

After Abhimanyu entered the Chakravyuh, he successfully broke 6 gates and killed many stalwarts, including Duryodhana's son Lakshmana.

After this, the Kauravas broke all the rules of war to kill Abhimanyu, and seven greats like Duryodhana, Jayadratha together surrounded Abhimanyu alone. Even after the breaking of Abhimanyu's chariot, Abhimanyu continued to fight with the wheel of the chariot but this was not enough and in the end, Abhimanyu attained Veergati.

who killed dronacharya

 Who killed Dronacharya?

It is said that on seeing Apsara Ghritachi, the son born of Maharishi Bharadwaj's ejaculation in a trough was called Drona. Dronacharya was married to Kripi, sister of Kripacharya.

Ashwathama was the son of Guru Dronacharya. The father-son duo created a ruckus in the Mahabharata. Ashwatthama was created out of a combination of Mahadev, Yama, Kaal, and Krodha. Dronacharya was the Rajguru and teacher of Hastinapur.

Acharya Dronacharya

After lying on the bed of Bhishma, Drona is made commander at the behest of Karna in the battle of the eleventh day.

As the destructive power of Drona, the father of Ashwatthama, increases, panic spreads among the Pandavas.

Together the father and son ensure the defeat of the Pandavas in the Mahabharata war. Seeing the defeat of the Pandavas, Shri Krishna asked Yudhishthira to resort to discrimination.

Under this plan, it was spread in the war that 'Ashwathama was killed', but Yudhishthira was not ready to lie. Then Avantiraj's elephant named Ashwatthama was killed by Bhima. After this, the word was spread in the war that 'Ashwathama was killed'.

When Guru Dronacharya wanted to know the truth of Ashwatthama from Dharmaraja Yudhishthira, he replied - 'Ashwathama was killed, but the elephant.' Shri Krishna blew the conch shell at the same time, due to which Guru Dronacharya could not hear the last word 'Elephant' and he thought that my son was killed. Hearing this, he gave up his arms and closed his eyes on the battlefield, and drowned in mourning. This was the occasion when Draupadi's brother Dhrishtadyumna, knowing Dronacharya unarmed, beheaded him with a sword.

who killed kartavirya arjuna son

 Who killed kartavirya arjuna son?

Sahastrabahu's sons were looking for an opportunity to avenge their father. One day when Parashurama and his brothers were not in the ashram, Sahastrabahu's sons came to the ashram. Jamadagni was sitting in meditation in the Yagya-mandapa.

Lord Parashurama

Sahastrabahu's sons cut off his head. They also took his head with them. Renuka started moaning, started chanting. Coincidentally, Parashurama arrived soon after. The bereaved became enraged upon hearing of his father's beheading from his mother's mouth.

Lord Parashurama ran towards Mahishmati with his Parashu. He destroyed Mahishmati. He also killed Sahastrabahu's sons. He brought his father's head and gave it to his mother.

Renuka became sati along with her husband. After this incident, Parashurama had destroyed the earth twenty-one times from the Kshatriyas. When Shri Ram pacified his anger, then he went to the mountain and started doing penance. His valor and valor made him immortal.

Who killed Parshuram father

 Who killed Parshuram's father?

Sahastrabahu's original name was Kartavirya Arjuna. He was very mighty and brave. He had pleased his guru Dattatreya and received a thousand arms from him as a boon. Kartavirya Arjuna was also known as Sahastrabahu because of having thousands of arms.

He had attained all the siddhis. Sahastrabahu had asked Jamadagni, the father of Parashurama, for his Kamdhenu cow.

On Jamadagni's refusal, his soldiers took Kamdhenu with them by force. Later Parshuram came to know about the whole incident, so he single-handedly destroyed the entire army of Sahastrabahu and also killed Sahastrabahu.

Sahastrabahu took Kamadhenu with him. At that time there was no Parashurama in the ashram. When Parashurama came to the ashram, his father Jamadagni told him how Sahastrabahu had come to the ashram with his soldiers and how he took Kamadhenu with him by force.

Hearing the incident, Parashurama got furious. Keeping his Parashu on his shoulder, he started towards Mahishmati, because Sahastrabahu used to reside in Mahishmati only. Sahastrabahu was still on the way to Mahishmati, that Parashurama reached him.

When Sahastrabahu saw that Parashurama was moving at a great speed, he raised his armies to face him.

On one side there were thousands of soldiers, on the other hand, Parashurama was alone, a fierce battle started. Parashuram single-handedly brought all the soldiers of Sahastrabahu to the face of death.

When Sahastrabahu's entire army was destroyed, he himself landed on the battlefield. With his thousand hands, he started throwing a thousand arrows at Parashurama at once. Parashurama started destroying all his arrows with two hands.

When the arrows had no effect, Sahastrabahu uprooted a big tree and took it in his hand, and pounced on Parashurama. Parashurama not only broke the tree into pieces with his arrows, he also cut off Sahastrabahu's head and dropped it on the earth. He slept on the battlefield forever.

Son of lord shiva

 Son of lord shiva

Lord Shiva had a total of 9 children. Two of his nine children, including a daughter and 8 sons, are rarely mentioned. When we talk about children, some of them are adopted and some of them are said to have been born in a miraculous way.

Come let's know brief information about them.

How many wives did Lord Shiva have? Different references are available in this regard. The first wife of Lord Shiva was Sati, the daughter of King Daksha. When this Sati gave her life by jumping into the fire of Yagya, later she was born as Parvati to Himavan and Hemavati and then married Shiva. The names of his third wife Kali, fourth Uma, and fifth Ganga Mata are taken.

Parvati ji had two sons and a daughter. The first son was named Kartikeya and the second one was named Ganesh. The daughter of lord shiva was named Ashok Sundari. Lord shiva's daughter's name was Ashok Sundari. It is said that Mother Parvati had created this daughter only to end her loneliness (Loneliness is an unpleasant emotional response to perceived isolation).

sons of lord shiva

Karthikeya:- Kartikeya is also known as Subramaniam, Murugan and Skanda. According to the Puranas, Lord Kartikeya was born on Shashthi Tithi, hence his worship on this day has special significance.

Ganesha:- There are contradictory (not matching something else) stories of the origin of Ganesha in the Puranas. Ganesha was born on the afternoon of Bhadrapada Shukla Chaturthi. These Ganesha were originated (appear for the first time in a particular place or situation) by Parvatiji from sandalwood (in Hindi Chandan) paste.

Sukesh;- Shiva had a third son whose name was Sukesh. There were two demon brothers- 'Heti' and 'Praheti'. Praheti became virtuous and Heti married Bhaya, the daughter of 'Kaal', to expand his empire by taking over the throne. From Bhaya, a son named Vidyutkesh was born to him. Vidyutkesh was married to Sandhya's daughter Salkatankata.

It is believed that 'Salakatankata' was an adulteress. Because of this, when his son was born, he was left unclaimed. Vidyutkesh also did not care for that son knowing that he does not know whose son is.

According to the Puranas, Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati saw that orphaned child and they gave him protection. He named it Sukesh. It was from this Sukesh that the family of demons went.

Jalandhar:- Lord shiva had a fourth son whose name was Jalandhar.  According to the Srimad Devi Bhagavata Purana, once Lord Shiva threw his effulgence into the ocean, due to which Jalandhar was born.

It is believed that Jalandhar had immense power and the reason for his power was his wife Vrinda. Due to Vrinda's virtuous religion, all the gods and goddesses together were not able to defeat Jalandhar. Jalandhar had planned to defeat Vishnu and snatch Goddess Lakshmi from Vishnu.

Then Vishnu broke Vrinda's husband's religion. Vrinda's virtuous religion was broken and Shiva killed Jalandhar.

Ayyappa:- Lord Ayyappa's father is Shiva and his mother is Mohini. Seeing the Mohini form of Vishnu, Lord Shiva had ejaculated. His semen was called Parad and from his semen later a son named Sasthava was born, who was called Ayyappa in South India. Being born from Shiva and Vishnu, he is called 'Hariharaputra'.

Andhak:- A son named Andhak is also said but his mention is rarely found.

Khuja:- According to the mythological description, Khoja came out of the earth like bright rays and went straight towards the sky.

There is a famous temple of Ayyappa Swamy in Sabarimalai in the Indian state of Kerala, where people from all over the world come to visit the temple of this son of Shiva. Near this temple, on the night of Makar Sankranti, a light is seen here living in the thick darkness. Millions of devotees from all over the world come every year to see this light.

Bhuma: Once upon a time when Lord Shiva was meditating in the samadhi on Mount Kailash, three drops of sweat fell on the earth from his forehead. That's why being the son of the land, it was called Bhuma.

When something big happened, Mangal reached Kashi and did severe penance of Lord Shiva. Then Lord Shiva was pleased and granted him, Mangal Lok. From these drops, the earth gave birth to a beautiful and lovely child, who had four arms and was of blood color. Prithvi started taking care of this son.

who killed arjun in mahabharat

 Who killed arjun in mahabharat

Apart from Draupadi, Arjuna had 3 more wives named Subhadra, Ulupi and Chitrangada. Subhadra was born to Abhimanyu, Ulupi to Iravan, Chitrangada to Babruvahan. It is said that Arjuna was killed by his own son. How did this happen? There is an Arjun story behind this too.

arjuna story

who killed arjun in mahabharat
Babruvahana killed arjun

One day, at the behest of Maharishi Ved Vyas and Shri Krishna, the Pandavas thought of performing the Ashwamedha Yagya. The Pandavas, seeing the auspicious time, started the Yagya and left the horse as Arjuna's protector.

who killed arjun in mahabharat

That horse roamed and reached Manipur. When the Manipur king Babhruvahan heard that my father had come, he accompanied the dignitaries with a lot of money and reached the city limits with great humility to have their darshan.

Seeing the Manipur king coming like this, Arjun got angry and said, son! Your way is not right. You seem to have been excommunicated from the Kshatriya religion, son. I have entered your kingdom protecting the horse of the sacrifice of Maharaja Yudhishthira. Why don't you fight with me though? The religion of Kshatriyas is to fight.

At that time, Arjuna's wife Nagakanya Ulupi was also listening to that conversation. He said to Babhruvahan, your father is a great warrior of Kurukul and a man of war madness.

So do fight with them. By doing this they will be pleased with you. Hearing this, Babruvahana fought with his father Arjuna. Then there was a fierce battle between Arjuna and Babruvahana. It is said that in this battle, Babruvahana fainted and Arjuna was killed.

Hearing the news of Arjun's death, Arjun's wife reached Chitrangada on the battlefield and started mourning. She started telling Ulupi that on your orders, my son Babruvahan fought with his father. Crying, Chitrangada told Ulupi that you are knowledgeable in religion, sister.

I beg you for the life of Arjuna. Chitrangada said both harsh and polite words to Ulupi. In the end, he said that you have killed your sons by fighting them. My son may be killed but you bring Arjuna to life otherwise I will also give up my life.

Then the unconscious Babruvahana regained consciousness and saw his mother moaning next to Arjuna and Vimata Ulupi also standing nearby. Babhruvahan sat in front of his father Arjun and started mourning and vowed that now I too will give up my body by fasting till death on this battlefield.

Ulupi's heart also quivered after hearing the lamentation of the son and mother and he remembered Sanjeevan Manika. The basic gem of the life of serpents came there as soon as she remembered him. Then he revived Arjuna with the touch of that gem.

This is how Arjuna died: Yudhishthira was very sad to know about the destruction of Yaduvanshis by Arjuna. Following Maharishi Ved Vyas's advice, the Pandavas, including Draupadi, renounced their kingdom and decided to go to heaven bodily.

While traveling, the Pandavas reached the Himalayas. Draupadi stumbled and fell in the inaccessible region of the Himalayas. After this Nakula, Sahadeva, Arjuna, and finally Bhima also fell to death. In the end, Yudhishthira and his dog reached heaven in the body.

Why did Parshuram kill his mother?

Once his mother went to the river to fill an urn with water. There Gandharva Chitraratha was playing water with Apsaras. Renuka became so engrossed in seeing him that there was a delay in fetching water and the time of Yagya was over. Understanding his mental state, Jamadagni asked his sons to kill him.

Lord Parshuram killing our mother

No one was ready to do this except Parashurama. At the behest of his father, Parashurama killed his mother. On being pleased with his father, he asked for his survival as a boon. Parashurama's father, in a fit of anger, ordered his four sons in turn to kill the mother.

No one was ready except Parashurama. So Jamadagni made everyone unconscious. Parashuram, obeying his father's orders, cut off the head of his mother. When the father was pleased and asked for a boon, he asked for four boons-

  • Mother be revived,
  • Let them not remember to die,
  • Brother become conscious and
  • I will be eternal

Jamadagni granted him all four boons.
